Haute Haus is a curated jewelry brand offering affordable, high-performance jewelry made from stainless steel, titanium steel, acrylic, and other durable, skin-friendly materials. We do not design or manufacture the products; instead, we select the best pieces from trusted suppliers to bring you stylish, everyday jewelry that lasts.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photos, and specifications. However, slight variations in color, size, or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting, or supplier updates.

• Materials such as stainless steel, titanium, and gold/silver plating are clearly indicated on each product page.

• Plated jewelry is not solid gold or silver and may fade over time with exposure to moisture, friction, or chemicals.

• Please read individual product care instructions for guidance.

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) as the base currency. We have also introduced USD pricing for international customers. Applicable taxes are included unless otherwise stated. Haute Haus reserves the right to update prices, adjust currency conversions, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following methods of payment:

• M-Pesa

• Paystack –  Mpesa, Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)

• PayPal

PayPal Terms
If you choose to pay via PayPal, please note the following:

• Orders paid through PayPal are subject to PayPal’s own buyer and seller protection policies.

• We only ship to the PayPal-confirmed shipping address. Please ensure your delivery address matches the one on your PayPal account.

• All PayPal payments must be made in full before an order is processed and dispatched.

• In the event of a dispute or chargeback, we will provide PayPal with all relevant evidence including order confirmations, shipment tracking, and communication logs.

• We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders from high-risk countries or accounts with repeated disputes.

Currency and Exchange Rates
All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and United States Dollor (USD). For international PayPal payments, currency conversion rates and fees are determined by PayPal and may differ slightly from bank rates.

From time to time, Haute Haus may offer promotional discounts, first-time buyer offers, seasonal sales, or exclusive launch pricing.

• Promotions are valid for a limited time only and may not be applied retroactively to past orders.

• Only one promo code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.

• Discounts apply only to eligible products as stated in the promotion terms.

• Offers may exclude certain collections (e.g., final sale, 14K solid gold, or limited-edition items).

• If you return an item purchased with a discount, your refund will reflect the discounted purchase price, not the original product price.

• Haute Haus reserves the right to change or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice.

Please review promotion details carefully before completing your order.

We offer reliable delivery across Kenya and worldwide shipping via DHL Express.

Domestic (Kenya):

• Nairobi: Next-day delivery at KShs 350

• Nairobi Environs (Kiambu, Machakos, Kajiado): KShs 400

• Nakuru, Nanyuki, Nyeri, and Machakos Town: KShs 350

• Rest of Kenya: 1–3 days via Fargo Courier at KShs 500

Pickup:

• Pickup points in Nairobi & select towns available from KShs 120–250

• If your preferred location is unavailable, we’ll contact you with the closest alternative

International:

• Delivered via DHL Express. Shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Note: Ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate. Re-delivery charges may apply for failed delivery attempts.

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

• You must report damage or defects within 24 hours of receiving the item.

• Custom-engraved, final sale, or discounted items are non-returnable.

• Refunds may be issued as store credit or original payment method (case-dependent).

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not already been processed. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

We offer a limited lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects. This does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Tarnishing due to improper care

• Damage caused by water, perfumes, or sweat

• Lost or stolen items

All content on hautehaus.co.ke including logos, images, text, and designs are the property of Haute Haus and protected under intellectual property law. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any content without written permission.

Your personal data is collected for order fulfillment, customer support, and marketing purposes in line with our Privacy Policy. We never sell your data to third parties.

Haute Haus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, our products or website.

Haute Haus reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
