Shipping & Cost

All orders are dispatched the next day. Once dispatched, delivery time will depend on location. Deliveries in Nairobi, Mombasa and the rest of Kenya may be received between 1-5 business days through our delivery service providers. 

Weekends and Holiday delivery is not available.

1. ShipShap & G4S: Orders are insured upto USD 100.
2. Delivery via Fargo Courier: Orders are insured up to KSh 5,000. Any claims exceeding this amount must be handled directly with the courier.
3. Pickup Mtaani: Liability is limited to the declared value of the goods. Customers must inspect items at pickup before acceptance, as claims cannot be made afterward.
4. Parcel Service: Once handed over, liability for loss or damage rests solely with the recipient.
5. DHL Express: International delivery to selected countries is available.

• Customers must provide accurate delivery details to avoid delays.
• If a delivery fails due to incorrect information or unavailability, re-delivery charges will apply.
• M-Pesa on Delivery orders must be verified before dispatch—unverified orders will not be processed.
• Unpaid failed and/or rejected deliveries may result in restrictions on future purchases. Repeat offenders may be blacklisted from placing orders.
• Haute Haus is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

Pickup & Uncollected Orders on Jumia Logistics

• Orders sent to pickup stations must be collected within 7 days.

• If uncollected, the parcel is returned to the origin hub and held for an additional 7 days.

• If still unclaimed, it is moved to the courier’s main warehouse and held for 14 more days.

• After 21 days total, uncollected parcels are considered abandoned and may no longer be recoverable.
