Shipping & Delivery at Haute Haus

Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship out of Nairobi, Kenya.
1. Door Delivery (1-3 Business days)
- Door-to-door delivery service is available countrywide.
- Complimentary shipping on all orders above Kshs 7,500.
- For orders under Kshs 7,500, the cost starts at Kshs 350, going up depending on the location and weight.
2. Local Pickup (1-3 Business Days)
- Option available to those available to pickup their own deliveries within designated locations across Nairobi.
Full payment must be made before the order can be dispatched and sent to the pick-up location.
- The cost starts at Kshs 120, going up depending up depending on the location.
3. Nairobi CBD Pickup (No delivery cost, Next Day Delivery)
- Option available to those available to pickup their own deliveries within Nairobi CBD.
Full payment must be made before the order can be dispatched and sent to the pick-up location.
CBD Pick-up Point: Pickup Mtaani, Star Mall C1/C2
4. Parcel (Varying delivery cost, Next Day Delivery)
- We deliver parcels to the Rest of Kenya and across East Africa using the shuttle or business service of your choice.
Once the package is handed over, liability shifts to the transport company. We will provide their tracking number for your reference. Please select a responsible company that you trust.
Delivery fees may vary based on the company, destination and weight. Starting from Kshs 300
Delivery Times
All orders are dispatched the next day. Once dispatched, delivery time will depend on location. Deliveries in Nairobi, Mombasa and the rest of Kenya may be received between 1-3 business days through our delivery service providers.
Weekends and Holiday delivery is not available

Liability & Delivery Policy

- Delivery via Fargo Courier: Orders are insured up to KSh 5,000. Any claims exceeding this amount must be handled directly with the courier.
- Pickup Mtaani: Liability is limited to the declared value of the goods. Customers must inspect items at pickup before acceptance, as claims cannot be made afterward.
- Parcel Service: Once handed over, liability for loss or damage rests solely with the recipient.
- Delivery Responsibility:
- Customers must provide accurate delivery details to avoid delays.
- If a delivery fails due to incorrect information or unavailability, re-delivery charges will apply.
- M-Pesa on Delivery orders must be verified before dispatch—unverified orders will not be processed.
- Unpaid failed and/or rejected deliveries may result in restrictions on future purchases. Repeat offenders may be blacklisted from placing orders.
- Haute Haus is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
