Send your money back request to hello@hautehaus.co.ke, share your order number with a brief description of the issue, along with any relevant photos if applicable.
Review
We shall review your request and reply to you. If your refund request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item, where applicable.
Receive Refund
Upon receiving and inspecting the return item, we will process your refund, which will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 72 hours for the refund to appear in your account.
